We will not take any responsibility for delays or missed your flight, injuries, losses, or damage.
We will not take any responsibility for any accidents during your trip that cause death. The inconvenience can cause boat operator staff or the delay of pick up and not provide pick up by the operator.
We are not responsible for the late departure of the boat, sea condition which causes the arrival late.
We will not be responsible for any boat route change by operators, which is caused by arriving late, wet, etc. All of these are the policies of fast boat operators and the fast boat operator responsible. You cannot claim to Gilibestdeal.com.
Gilibestdeal.com will not be responsible for any additional charges for rescheduling.
We will not be responsible for boat cancellations or not operating. We will not be responsible for transfers to other vessels, ferries, or flights by the fast boat operator.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Cancellation made one month before departure date will refund 75% of the total amount
Cancellation between one month and two weeks before the departure date will refund 50% of the total amount
Cancellations between two weeks and one week before the departure date will be refunded 35% of the total amount
Cancellation between one week and 2 days before departures date will be refunded 25% of the total amount
Cancellation two days before the departure date will refund 20% of the total amount
Cancellations made one day before departure or on the date of departure will not be refunded
Trip Cancellation caused Bad Weather (all Fast Boat Operators stop operating) there will be an administration fee of 5% of the total amount
Cancellation made 5 months to before departure date, will pay the administration fee 5% of the total amount
The refund will proceed at a minimum of 24 hours during our working days

Complaints
Any complaints about the boat operators' service (such as late pickup, missed pick up, boat conditions, not providing service, etc), should go directly to the operator of the boat, and contact is listed on your tickets.
We only accept complaints about our booking system.
If the complaint is coming after the trip, we will only accept it at least 3 days after your trip is made.

Price and Additional Service
Prices listed on this website are under the authority of Gilibestdeal.com. It can not be compared to the same as other companies.
Gilibestdeal.com has the authority to change the price at any time without any notice.
The price listed on the site is priced only for boat transfers from the port to port.
Additional services (pick up and drop off) are complimentary provided by the fast boat operator. These services can be provided if you fill out your hotel details on the booking form we provide. They will not serve the hotel pick up and drop off if you do not fill in the booking form. Sending manual emails for pick up, pick up, and drop off requests will also not serve.
Hotel transfers (pick up and drop off) cannot be claimed as one package with the price listed for boat transfers.
Free of charge will apply to those under 3 years old (infant).
